Returns and Refunds Policy
At Totevy, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for handbags. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Totevy.store is required.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at info@totevy.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), Totevy will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees, so you will receive the full refund amount (excluding original shipping charges, if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a handbag that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you would like a different handbag, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may still return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. Return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account or PayPal again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur).
